Founded in 1967, they are now the largest sports magazine in the United States and have won Publisher of the Year, Magazine of the Year, and an Emmy Award. They are based primarily in Nashville, Tennessee. Jeff Van Raaphorst is a former quarterback for the Arizona State University Sun Devils who led the team to the PAC-10 championship and the 1987 Rose Bowl win, in which he was named Rose Bowl Player of the Game.
