Ciaran Murphy is an acclaimed podcaster (with Second Captains), a trusted columnist (with the Irish Times), and an ageing Gaelic footballer (originally with Milltown in Co. Galway, latterly with Templeogue Synge Street in Dublin). This is the Life is his first book.
