Taekwondo is a journey. Its ultimate destination is the achievement of physical and spiritual enrichment through the disciplined practice. While this book addresses the physical and intellectual elements of Taekwondo, it continuously emphasizes ethical principles, integrity, perseverance and the indomitable spirit, all of which enhances character, and lends credence to the term martial artist. Discover how a path of Taekwondo can enrich all areas of your life.
