In this book you will find the answers to these questions:

  • What is the definition of a coach
  • How do I recognize and begin to coach anyone UP
  • Why should I continue to coach

Coach Me Up reveals how being "coached up" can be done within any context or activity. It shares stories on the importance of being present as a coach so you can identify when an individual is confused about their next steps, recognize who on your team is coachable, and create coaching strategies for bringing the uncoachable up to a performance that contributes to the advancement of the team and the individual.
