Reviews

'A really practical guide that will be invaluable to all sailboat racers.' * Cruising (December 2010) *
'This very accessible 120 page book, though specifically written with performance sailing in mind, has much within its covers to recommend it to anyone, in any sport or other venture, who wishes to do as well as they can.' * The Little Ship Club (Winter, 2010) *
'I now have a book to recommend to sailing friends who ask 'Can psychology help me improve my racing results'' * The Psychologist (January 2011) *
