After many years of planning, a visionary and attention grabbing building has taken shape in Munich in the form of the Oskar von Miller Forum. The centre was designed by the well known architectural office Herzog + Partner for international encounters between students of the architectural departments at Munichs Technical University. An important aspect of the building is sustainability.
Thomas Herzog is a German architect at Herzog + Partner in Munich. He is the author and editor of a series of books on architecture and was the German General Commissioner of the 7th International Biennale of Architecture in Venice.
