The Humboldt Forum, embodying the cosmopolitan world view of the brothers Humboldt, is to be housed in the historic, reconstructed Berlin Palace on Berlin's Museum Island. Established in 1957, the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation is a cultural institution with the aim of preserving the cultural legacy of the former state of Prussia, including a major plan to renovate Berlin's Museum Island.
