Description

TdB Architects accredits extensive experience in the field of building and urban planning since 1992.

TdB Architects' activity unfolds in three fields of work. The first in corporate architecture such as Headquarters such as Natura Biss, Grifols Laboratories, Academy of Medical Sciences of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, ESADE University on the Sant Cugat del Valls Campus, or the Hotel Antiga Casa Buenavista. The second field is the rehabilitation where the Mandarn Oriental Hotel in Barcelona stands out, the reform of the modernist building Casa Burs, and the reform of the Baroque Palace "Palau Mox". The third field is the residential architecture of multiple scales and volumes in a wide geographical extension.

TdB Architects, founded in 1992, accredits extensive experience in the field of building and urban planning, currently led by five partners: Juan Trias de Bes, Pilar de Als Espins, Marta Pascual Marugn, Fernando Herrero Pnr and Juan Nez Berruguete. The work of TDB Architects has received numerous recognitions in the form of prestigious awards and nominations (Mies AWARD Awards, FAD Awards, NAN Awards, among others), many of the works being widely published in the reference media. Complementarily, the component-partners of TdB Architects maintain a social commitment participation by giving conferences and university teaching activities (UIC School of Architecture), postgraduate training for professionals (CIARE), research projects (LITIES Laboratory and Fundacin Metrpoli), academies professionals (European Academy of Doctors, Catalan Society of Architecture and Health in the Academy of Medical Sciences of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands), as well as in the Board of Trustees of the Sagrada Familia.
