Gerald Flores is a connoisseur of sneakers, sports, and the culture around them.

A trained journalist, Gerald has covered and worked in the footwear industry for over a decade and is fascinated by the people, designers, and stories behind sneakers. Over the years he has interviewed personalities in the space like Kobe Bryant, Tinker Hatfield, and Virgil Abloh for Complex Magazine, Esquire, GQ, The New York Times and more.

He may be best recognized in the sneaker media for his time as Editor-in-Chief of Sole Collector magazine where he created the sneaker talk show Full Size Run and Price the Hype. In addition, he also frequently works with different brands and footwear companies as a consultant and content strategist.

Gerald is also active in the health and wellness community as a running coach. In 2020, he co-founded Brick City Run Club, a non-profit organization that aims to show people the joy and benefits of exercise by providing free coaching, training, and race access to people in his hometown of Newark, New Jersey.
