John P. Weiss is an artist, writer, former editorial cartoonist and retired police chief with twenty-six years of law enforcement experience. John's cartoons appear in several editions of Charles Brooks's Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year. He lives in southern Nevada with his wife, son, and two studio dogs.
