The whole of the Beatles' amazing TV career is covered here, from their earliest appearances on "Thank Your Lucky Stars!" and "Ready Steady Go!" to their live performance of "All You Need Is Love" in front of the biggest ever audience in television history. This book shows how the Fab Four swept away the media attitudes of an earlier era and replaced them with their own brand of humor.
Ray Tedman is a freelance author and picture researcher. Ray has covered the music scene since the early 1970s, working out of London and Los Angeles. Jeff Bench writes and lectures widely on film, photography, design and music. Having worked with Ray Tedman in various ways for over 20 years, it was a real pleasure to finally collaborate with him on a Beatles project.
