Steve Moriarty was the drummer and founding
member for Seattle-based rock band The Gits. He holds a bachelor's degree in
Civil Rights Law from Antioch College and a master's in clinical social work
from the University of Washington. He is an accomplished psychotherapist and
musician. Originally from Indiana (home of his favorite author, Kurt Vonnegut), he now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he combines
principles of neuroscience and rhythm creation in his private
psychotherapy practice.
