He consults for the government of Chile's film development process. He has presented workshops and consulted for ScreenWest, Australia; ScreenAustralia and the Australian Writers Guild. His screenwriting retreats have been held in Italy, France, Spain, Berkeley, and Los Angeles. He has spoken at a number of screenwriting conferences.
