Andrew Osmond is a British-based writer (often found in Tokyo), specialising in animation and fantasy media. He has interviewed many anime creators, ranging from Makoto Shinkai to Yoshiyuki Tomino. His books include 100 Animated Feature Films, BFI Film Classics: Spirited Away and Satoshi Kon: The Illusionist. He writes regularly for the anime magazine NEO, and also contributes to Sight & Sound and SFX.
