From his high school-aged A&R work with Jim Jones' legendary Diplomats Records, to his pioneering role at the then-nascent intersection between hip hop and the internet with his #RNT Tumblr account, to the revolutionary geographically-agnostic sound of his early production for the A$AP Mob, Yams (ne Steven Rodriguez) irrevocably changed the cultural and musical landscape for generations to come.

Featuring hundreds of little and never-before-seen exclusive photographs, A$AP Yams: Making of a Mob explores the founding and history of one of the most iconic collectives of this young century. Produced in concert with the A$AP Foundation charity, all royalties will be donated to the Foundation's mandate of community outreach, food security, and drug education for the youth of New York City.
