Over a period from earlyMarch 2020, William Green caught Covid and lostboth his parents to it within days of one another.Death and Other Belongings is not so much a recordof the external events, but rather a narrative study
of the emotions and anxiety that came with thecircumstances and the photographers realisationof our fragility and mortality. Green photographs the structures - both physical and political - that existtoday as a way to examine the past and decipher how itmanifests itself in our contemporary built landscape.
