Author Bio

Ralph Lauren began his career in 1967, designing neckties under the label Polo. Since then, he has grown to become one of the most famous fashion designers in the world. Today, his lines include Ralph Lauren, Polo Sport, Purple Label, and Rugby, and offer menswear, womenswear, accessories, fragrance, and home. He has received the American Fashion Award, Coty Awards for menswear and womenswear, and the CFDA Lifetime Achievement award. 2017 marks the fiftieth anniversary of his eponymous company.
