In 2017, the Art Gallery of South Australia received a generous donation of 161 outstanding examples if jewellery from private collectors, Truus and Joost Daalder. The collection traverses 100 years of art jewellery and includes work by art nouveau master Rene Laliquew through to VIetnamese-German comteporary artist Sam Tho Duong.
