This charming package offers 225 vintage-inspired textile patterns from the celebrated fabric purveyor, Reprodepot. A disk holds electronic files of each pattern, making it a cinch for readers to print out the patterns on their color printers and create papercrafts of all sorts. Book 1 features Floral patterns. Book 2 features Folk-inspired patterns. Up front, we offer directions for 10 craft projects including placemats, wrapping paper, wall-hangings, and more. A foreword by Grace Bonney of Design*Sponge makes this an authoritative resource for designers and crafters of every stripe.
Reprodepot Fabrics was started in 1999 by the president, owner, and founder of Reprodepot, Djerba Goldfinger, out of her love for vintage textiles. Unable to find suitable yardage and with supplies dwindling of actual older fabrics, she decided to compile a handpicked selection of brand new fabrics with vintage and retro themes and offer them to the unassuming public. What started as a side business to feed her fabric addiction, Reprodepot quickly grew to a full time business with employees, a warehouse, and everything!
