Marcel Dzama was born in 1974, Winnipeg, Canada. His work has been shown in galleries all over the world. He has also contributed illustrations to numerous books and other objects, including Nick Hornby's Songbook and Beck's CD "Guero." He also creates housewares, such as crying ghost salt and pepper shakes. He says he "likes the idea of making products his family can use."
