He curated the Orsay's renowned Art Nouveau collection and organized acclaimed exhibitions, including Galle, Guimard, and 1900. After decades of hands-on experience, he became a scientific advisor at the Institut National d'Histoire de l'Art (INHA) and was chair of art history at the Ecole du Louvre from 2014 to 2018.
