This book is about Lucrecia Di Bussolo experiences finding beauty in very simple things. Midland's nature beauty soars, Dow Gardens amazing botany, and long and breathtaking highs of the canopy walk of Whiting Forest.
Although this book focuses on nature, Lucrecia didn't want to miss the midcentury-modern architecture of Alden B. Dow. Art, music, and theater define Midland as a cultural hub for the region.
Lucrecia Di Bussolo lived for six years in Michigan, U.S., with her two daughters and husband. 2016 was a year of changes when she and her family left behind their native country, Argentina, and moved to Midland, Michigan. Since then, she slowed down and connected with nature, she's been studying and working on her passion, photography.
Lucrecia got a graduate degree in Architecture at FADU (Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseo y Urbanismo). She has always loved books, she inherited them from her father, a great reader, and book collector, and her daughters are also keeping the tradition. Lucrecia believes that making photography books is not only a way to share images, but also about expressing ourselves.
